Return and refund information for SOVEN VOSS customers.

This voluntary return policy does not limit rights available under applicable consumer law.

30-day voluntary returns

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled, clean and returned with all parts and original packaging where reasonably possible.

Defective, damaged or incorrect items

Contact SOVEN VOSS as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos. If the item is defective, arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, SOVEN VOSS will provide the appropriate remedy and will not require you to resolve the issue directly with a fulfillment supplier.

Change-of-mind returns

For an accepted change-of-mind return, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless SOVEN VOSS states otherwise. Any original outbound shipping charge is not refundable except where required by law.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Banking and card-network processing times can vary.
